On-Campus Housing for Undergraduate Students with Children

Undergraduate and Graduate Housing – Both undergraduate and graduate students have the ability to live in on-campus family housing at a variety of locations including Johnson, Marvin, and Nichols Residence Halls. There are approximately 100 available units that accommodate families. There is an application process and if units fill-up, students will be placed on a waitlist.

Family housing are 2 bedroom units and rates are as followed (reflects rates for 2017-2018 Academic Year, rates subject to change yearly):

  • Apartment with AC is $1,353/month
  • Apartment without AC is $1,267/month

Off-Campus Housing for Undergraduate Students with Children

Off-Campus Living and Community Partnerships partnered with Places4Students.com, a company that specializes in providing Off-Campus Housing solutions for post-secondary students, faculty, staff and other community members. This service is FREE for anyone to use as an effective method of finding a place to live off-campus or finding a roommate. Registration is not required to search the listings.
